About the Club!

|What's Synchro?|

The Toronto Synchronized Swimming Club is central Toronto's only competitive and recreational synchronized swimming club. It offers a full range of synchronized swimming programmes for girls of all ages from entry-level recreational classes to highly-competitive teams.

Based at the University of Toronto's Athletic Centre pool since 1984, the club was originally founded in 1977 as an amalgamation of the Scarborough and Leaside Synchronized Swimming Clubs, each with a history of more than 20 years of competitive and recreational synchro.

The TSSC offers recreational programs in the Leaside Pool, as well as at the University of Toronto, and has provided athletes an opportunity to compete at local, regional, provincial, national and international meets.

The TTSC's coaching philosophy is to:

• - be the best we can possibly be as coaches and as athletes;
  
• - present ourselves in a professional and positive manner:
• - teach our athletes proper working ethics with positive reinforcement and enthusiasm;
  
• - respect one another as we would like to be respected;
  
• - teach our athletes to be proud, as we are proud of them;
  
• - aim for the stars!!
